Daolar Provide One Year Warranty for Our Valued Customers.

During the warranty period, if there is any problem with your product, please contact us first to confirm. When sending us an email, it is recommended to state your order number and detail the product problem, preferably with relevant videos or pictures. After our inspection, we will give you relevant suggestions or send it back for repair or send it back for a new one.

Daolar warrants to its customers that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase, subject to the following terms and conditions.


1.This warranty does not apply to damages caused by improper use,accident,flood,lightning,or if the product was altered or repaired by anyone other than the Manufacturer Service Center.

2. Daolar shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use,misuse of the equipment.

3. All information in this manual is based on the latest information available at the time of publication and no warranty can be made for its accuracy or completeness.Daolar reserves the right to make changes at any time without notice.

4. Repair Cost: If under warranty,your EV Charger / wallbox will be repaired or replaced free of charge unless damaged to accident,abuse,misuse,natural disaster,insufficient or excessive electrical supply,abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions or unauthorized disassembly,repair or modification.If the repaired unit is out of warranty,the customer will be contacted and will be responsible.
